Mr. Bryan resides in Boca Raton, Florida. Chip has made a career of Real Estate Development and Homebuilding since returning to Florida in 1995. Chip was a Project Manager for major South Florida Development projects including the Florida Panthers Arena and the City Place redevelopment in West Palm Beach. Mr. Bryan later became a Vice President of the Falcone Group, where he oversaw Land Acquisitions and Entitlements throughout the State of Florida. Chip has been active in purchasing and repositioning distressed residential property since 2008.

Mr. Bryan served three terms on the Board of Directors for the Sports Car Club of America, where in 2005 he received their Volunteer of The Year award for service and dedication. He was also Awarded top single event fund raiser by the American Cancer Society in 2007. Chip currently sits on the Advisory Boards of two Charitable Foundations.

Mr. Bryan is a co-founder and Manager of miJAX Properties LLC, miJAX Manager LLC and reBOUND Residential LLC.

Mr. Easton currently resides in Key Biscayne, Florida. Ed has been actively involved in Commercial, Industrial and Residential Real Estate in Florida spanning four decades. Ed currently serves as Chairman of The Easton Group, a Company he founded in 1974. The Easton Group currently manages a portfolio of 4.5 million square feet of commercial property located primarily in Florida. The Easton Group has developed Residential Joint Ventures with The Related Group and Lennar Homes.

President Bush appointed Mr. Easton to the The John F. Kennedy Center Board of Trustees. He is currently serving a six-year term which began in of 2006.

U.S. Secretary of the Interior Dirk Kempthorne appointed Mr. Easton to the Board of the US National Parks Foundation. He is currently serving a six-year term which began in of 2006.

Mr. Easton is a co-founding member of miJAX Manager LLC and reBOUND Residential LLC.

Mac resides in Atlantic Beach Florida. Mac began his career as an Environmental Consultant, first with Environmental Services Inc, then later with Reynolds, Smith & Hills. Mac began purchasing distressed residential homes through foreclosure auctions and tax deed sales in the early 1990’s and has continued to do so since that time. Mac made the switch full time to Real Estate in 1997, and since that time has successfully created and managed over 50 syndicated Real Estate ventures. Mac is a founder and currently serves as Managing Partner of Pine Street RPS based in Jacksonville Florida.

Mr. Easton is a co-founder and Manager of miJAX Properties LLC, miJAX Manager LLC and reBOUND Residential LLC.

Pascale brings 26 years of experience in the finance and real estate world to the reBOUND Team. Pascale is an integral member, responsible for daily operations, project accounting, property management and investor reporting.

Pascale’s experience includes a range of housing related industries, including CK Interiors where she was CFO and Operations Director; K.Hovnanian Builders, Warranty and Customer Service Director; and Nextel Corp, where Pascale served as Assistant Controller and prior to that Regional Customer Care Manager.

Pascale received her Bachelor’s of Science from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina. In addition she has completed post-graduate level courses in Accounting.

Her extensive charity involvement and non-profit volunteering has resulted in her being recognized by the United Way in 2009, and in 2005 she was awarded the Robert W. Clark Memorial Award for outstanding volunteer service and dedication by the Sports Car Club of America, considered their highest award of service.

Scott brings to reBOUND over 20 yrs of experience in residential real estate and related fields. His background includes being a Florida licensed Real Estate Sales Agent, with sales and leasing experience throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties. The contacts Scott made as an agent led him to enter the field of Property Management when he successfully launched Snowbird Property Management, based in Boca Raton, where he gained experience in rental and absentee owner management of homes and condominium units.

Prior to moving to Florida in the mid 90’s, Scott was employed in construction and fabrication trades in Long Island, NY where he gained a broad base of construction knowledge and hands-on experience.

David has 11 years of experience in real estate investment and construction related fields. He has been a Florida licensed realtor since 2005, and a licensed Broker since January of 2012. He is currently a member of the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches with professional training in distressed properties, and extensive rental leasing experience.

Prior to joining the reBOUND team full time, Dave was a construction project manager for a reBOUND subcontractor, and was involved hands-on with all aspects of distressed property rehabilitation. Dave started his professional career as a sales manager for a commercial contractor that specialized in pool and water feature design and construction in Delray Beach, Florida, where he gained valuable experience in design, engineering, permitting and sales.

David is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a degree in International Business.

Camille works with our Property Management Group as a Property Manager and Leasing Agent. Camille has four years of experience in real estate as an administrative assistant and a Broker Assistant prior to becoming a licensed Realtor in 2013. Her daily responsibilities include Rent Collection & Accounting as well as lease originations and file auditing.

Camille is currently pursuing her Bachelors degree at Palm Beach State College.

As the initial contact with tenants, she is responsible for scheduling and completion of maintenance and repairs. Lissa has a strong background in customer service, having worked as a patient coordinator in a health care provider setting as well as having worked at PGA National Resort in Customer relations and reservations for their world renowned spa facility.

Paul has over 20 years of experience as a project manager in technology related fields and has been a Florida Licensed Realtor for over a decade. Paul’s extensive background in data analysis and software implementation and training as well as both commercial and residential real estate transactions are the perfect combination of experience for his role as our Data Analyst and Technology Coordinator for our Acquisitions Team. Paul has assisted in developing the proprietary algorithms and data merging that are used for pre-bid analysis of auction properties.

Paul is a graduate of the University of Florida.

Dana has extensive experience throughout South Florida as both a Florida Realtor and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Appraiser. Dana works with our acquisition team overseeing property analysis, valuations and inspections.

Marlene has been a licensed realtor since 2007 and has been active in Distressed Residential, specializing in Foreclosure and REO properties for the last six years. Her experience in construction and remodeling has also proven invaluable when doing initial property walk throughs.
