The reBound Residential LLC Fund (the Fund) is an asset-secured Investment which acquires and holds residential housing units in the Primary Florida markets. The Fund purchases properties from a multitude of single asset and bulk sources using proprietary analysis methods. The homes are then restored and enhanced to create a market ready unit which can be rented immediately, and later resold. The Fund’s portfolio consists of a diverse range of housing types, sizes and price ranges, with the common elements being acceptable scores in marketability, rental rates of return, and anticipated rate of appreciation.
