This depends on the time of the year but we typically will have a good selection of single family homes and townhouses that are actively for rent between Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach. Currently available units are listed on our website and in the MLS system.

We will need the following for each potential tenant over the age of 18: rental application, credit report(s) with score(s), and proof of employment and wages. If you are not represented by a Realtor, a reBOUND leasing agent will assist you in filling out the contract to lease and if you are accepted, will assist you in completing the lease.

We do allow pets at our properties and pet requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We require that a picture of the pet is provided to be kept on file at the office. All tenants must abide by any association pet rules and restrictions at all times.

Typically we will have an answer for you within 24 to 48 hours from receipt of a complete application including all required documents.

The leasing agent will contact you to set up a meeting to sign the lease and collect an escrow deposit to hold the property. This escrow deposit will typically be equal half of one month’s rent. At this time the property will be listed as pending move in and will stop being shown.

Move-in costs will typically be your first month’s rent, a security deposit which is equal to one month’s rent and a pet deposit or fee (if applicable).

This varies by the property that you chose and what is written in the lease. Tenant responsibilities will be itemized in detail as part of the lease, and will be reviewed with tenant before signing. We typically cover all major maintenance items as well as the lawn maintenance and pool (if applicable).
